Message from Natalie - West Coast Challenger:
What did you do about coffee? We had some great coffee from Maple Ridge(but I think it's only packaged there, not sure).

This is a tough one, here's how you can look at it; You're supporting a local company. Even though the beans are not produced here, you're still contributing to your local economy.
You can make the decision to not drink coffee for the month and for that matter, not eat or drink anything that was not made in Canada. It's your choice. BUT, I think it's ok to support the local companies, even if it's not made here.
I think another thing to think about is making sure it's fair trade coffee, if a big part of the focus is to support local business and also to NOT support slave labor and harsh working conditions, to say the least.
